Dijon Salmon with Green Vegetables and Wild Rice

Try this delicious Keto-friendly Dijon salmon, wild rice and green vegetables recipe.

Keto Dijon salmon, vegetable and wild rice recipe nutritional information


One serving consists of:

  • 1 salmon (150 g)
  • 40 g wild rice
  • 1 cup mixed green vegetables (spinach, broccoli and baby marrow)


1 small onion
4 x 150 g salmon pieces
1 cup uncooked wild rice
1 cup uncooked spinach
4 cups uncooked broccoli
4 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 medium baby marrows
3 tbsp MCT oil
½ lemon
Pinch of salt


  1. Mix Dijon mustard with 1 tablespoon MCT oil and lemon juice.
  2. Cook 1 cup of wild rice separately.
  3. Fry salmon in a pan with 2 tablespoons MCT oil.
  4. Brush salmon with the Dijon mustard mix while frying the salmon.
  5. Remove the salmon.
  6. Fry the green vegetables and onion in residual MCT oil.
  7. Remove the vegetables.
  8. Refry the cooked wild rice in residual MCT oil.
  9. Garnish with micro herbs and serve.
