Pumpkin Flapjacks

This quick and easy pumpkin flapjacks recipe is made with USN BlueLab 100% Plant Protein.

A healthy and delicious variation of traditional flapjacks. 

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1 scoop BlueLab 100% Plant Protein Vanilla Cinnamon flavour
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup milk (milk of your choice)

Instructions:

  1. Dice the pumpkin.
  2. Cook/steam the pumpkin in water until soft.
  3. Mash the pumpkin.
  4. Combine the pumpkin with the rest of the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a drop of oil (olive, MCT, or any oil of your choice).
  6. Add a spoonful of batter to the pan and fry.
  7. Drizzle with a topping of choice.
