Keto Spinach and Feta Egg Cups

Spinach feta cup recipe information


8 eggs
1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup of finely chopped fresh or frozen spinach (if frozen, thaw and drain first)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Sprinkle of red pepper flakes


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin pan with liners.
  2. Whisk the eggs until smooth, and add feta, spinach and spices and continue to whisk until fully combined.
  3. Add approximately a 1/4 cup of the egg mixture into each muffin pan (it will make +/- 11–12 egg cups) 
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
