KETO Pulled PorkOctober 2022 October 2022 Share Link Close share Copy link INGREDIENTS 5 boneless pork shoulders cut into chunks2 tablespoons smoked paprika2 tablespoons garlic powder1.5 tablespoon salt1 tablespoon black pepper INSTRUCTIONS Cut the boneless pork shoulders into chunks. Add the pork shoulders, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a pressure cooker. Put the lid on the pressure cooker and set it to manual high and cook for 40 minutes. Make sure the valve is sealed. Allow the pressure cooker to do a natural release for at least 10 minutes. Once the 10 minutes are finished, do a quick release to remove the rest of the pressure. Transfer the meat to a large bowl and discard the liquid. Shred the pork using two forks or meat shredding claws. Serve with your favourite KETO barbecue sauce and enjoy!
