Keto flapjacks recipe information

INGREDIENTS

½ cup almond flour
115 ml cream cheese, softened
4 large eggs
1 tsp. lemon zest
Butter, for frying and serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cream cheese, eggs, and lemon zest until smooth.
  2. In a non-stick pan, melt one tablespoon of butter.
  3. Pour in about three tablespoons of batter and cook until golden (for about two minutes).
  4. Flip and cook for another two minutes.
  5. Transfer to plate and repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Serve topped with butter.
