Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Overnight oats recipe


2 Tennis biscuits
½ USN Trust Crunch bar
1 tsp Lifestyle Food almond milk
½ cup of Lifestyle Food almond milk
½ cup of Lifestyle Food rolled oats
1 tsp honey
½ tsp vanilla essence
1 scoop vanilla USN BLUELAB 100% Whey
½ cup low-fat plain Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp low-fat cream cheese


  1. Crush two Tennis biscuits and a Trust Crunch white choc cookie dough flavour bar.
  2. Blend the biscuits and bar in a food processor until fine-grained.
  3. Add a small amount of almond milk to the dry mixture and mix.
  4. Mix the oats, BlueLab 100% Whey and honey in a separate bowl.
  5. In another bowl, mix vanilla essence, low-fat Greek yoghurt and low-fat cream cheese.
  6. Line the bottom of a glass with the cookie mixture.
  7. Add the oats and yoghurt mixture as the next layer.
  8. Add the rest of the almond milk.
  9. Layer with the yoghurt mixture.
  10. Top it off with raspberries and cranberries.
  11. Chill in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight and enjoy the next day.
