Berry Cheesecake Overnight OatsOctober 2022 October 2022 Share Link Close share Copy link INGREDIENTS 2 Tennis biscuits½ USN Trust Crunch bar1 tsp Lifestyle Food almond milk½ cup of Lifestyle Food almond milk½ cup of Lifestyle Food rolled oats1 tsp honey½ tsp vanilla essence1 scoop vanilla USN BLUELAB 100% Whey½ cup low-fat plain Greek yoghurt1 tbsp low-fat cream cheese METHOD Crush two Tennis biscuits and a Trust Crunch white choc cookie dough flavour bar. Blend the biscuits and bar in a food processor until fine-grained. Add a small amount of almond milk to the dry mixture and mix. Mix the oats, BlueLab 100% Whey and honey in a separate bowl. In another bowl, mix vanilla essence, low-fat Greek yoghurt and low-fat cream cheese. Line the bottom of a glass with the cookie mixture. Add the oats and yoghurt mixture as the next layer. Add the rest of the almond milk. Layer with the yoghurt mixture. Top it off with raspberries and cranberries. Chill in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight and enjoy the next day.
