INGREDIENTS

WAFFLE MIXTURE

25 g BLUELAB 100% Whey Banana Milkshake flavour
25 g Coconut flour
1 tbsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
KETO Sweetener
85 ml water
1 Egg
1 tbsp vanilla essence

TOPPINGS

10 g BLUELAB 100% Whey
150 g Greek yogurt
Crushed nuts
1 Banana
Blueberries

METHOD

  1. Place dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add water and vanilla essence. 
  3. Add the egg into the mixture and blend with a whisk.
  4. Bake in a waffle maker.
  5. Finish off with toppings.
