An energising amino drink to give you all-day energy and offer amino support. It contains BCAAs and EAAs that help form lean muscles, and L-carnitine to boost your fat metabolism. It also increases mood and energy and contains vitamins, minerals and electrolytes.

Ingredients

L-valine: one of three branched-chain amino acids, which means that it has a chain branching off to one side of its molecular structure. Valine helps stimulate muscle growth and regeneration and is involved in energy production.

L-leucine: critical for protein synthesis and muscle repair. It also helps regulate blood sugar levels, stimulates wound healing and produces growth hormones.

L-isoleucine: the last of the three branched-chain amino acids, isoleucine is involved in muscle metabolism and is heavily concentrated in muscle tissue. It is also important for immune function, haemoglobin production and energy regulation.

L-glutamine: assists with muscle soreness and stiffness.

Vitamin C: an antioxidant that protects the body against oxidative damage.

L-carnitine: boosts mitochondria, which improves memory, mood and learning. It also helps your muscle mitochondria burn fat, which can increase your endurance and may help with faster recovery.

Recommended Use

  • Mix ±1 scoop (10 g) with 350–400 ml of cold water and stir or shake well.
For all-day energy
Drink in the morning, between meals and throughout the day.

For workout stamina
Drink 20–30 minutes before training.

For workout recovery
Drink immediately after training. As an afternoon pick-me-up: drink during afternoon.

Not recommended for use after 16:00.
