Terms and Conditions: Old School x USN Group

1. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open worldwide to persons aged 18 and over
with a valid passport, excluding employees of Old School and USN Group,
their relatives, suppliers, and anyone otherwise connected with the
organisations of the give-away.

2. Entry Period:

The competition starts on 1 December 2023 at 17:00pm SAST
and ends on 26 December 2023 at 23:59pm SAST. Entries received after the
specified time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions as
detailed in the give-away announcement post on Old School's and USN
official social media accounts. Form submissions are mandatory for a
successful entry. Sharing the competition is encouraged and successful
referral entries will grant the original entrant additional entries into the
competition. However, it's important to note that having the most entries,
referrals, or shares doesn't guarantee a win or determine the overall winner; it
just increases your chances of winning the giveaway.

4. Prize:

The prize includes:

• Two (2) tickets to the UFC 297 middleweight title fight in Toronto, Canada between champion Sean Strickland and Dricus Du Plessis.
• Accommodation for two (2) in Toronto (Two night stay).
• Return flights for you and your guest from anywhere to Toronto and back up to the value of ZAR40,000.00. (In the form of a travel-voucher).
• Old School Stillknocks signed merchandise for the winner and their guest.
• Custom made USN Cooler and a year’s worth USN drinks (12 cases of BCAA Power Punch Recovery).

The winner is responsible for the application and payment of their own visa’s (if
relevant based on passport type). As well as the flight bookings and other transport
admin.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be chosen by Old School and USN, at
random, from all eligible entries received and verified.

6. Winner Notification:

The winner will be announced on Wednesday 27 December 2023 on Old School & USN official social media accounts. The winner will be contacted via email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 6 days of notification (by Tuesday 2 January 2024), Old School & USN Group reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick an alternative winner.

7. Personal Data:

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to Old
School and USN using their personal data for the purposes of administering
the giveaway. Additionally, participants acknowledge that Old School and USN
may use their personal information for marketing purposes, providing updates,
promotions, and other relevant communications. Participants have the right to
opt out of receiving such communications at any given time.

8. Publicity:

The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any
publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the
winner or any other participants will be used solely in accordance with current
South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third
party without the entrant's prior consent.

9. Indemnification:

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and
hold harmless Old School & USN, and each of their respective partners,
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents, and their employees,
officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages
arising out of their participation in this give-away or any give-away-related
activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize
awarded hereunder.

10.Changes:

Old School and USN reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify,
or suspend the giveaway should any virus, bug, non-authorised human
intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Old School and USN’s control
corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the
give-away.

11.Limitation of Liability:

Old School and USN are not responsible for any
inaccurate or incorrect information, technical error, or human error which may
occur in the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prize.
12.Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be
governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

13.Sponsors:

The sponsor of the give-away is Old School and USN.
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to be added to Old School and
USN’s databases with the option to opt out at any time and agrees to these terms
and conditions.
