1.By entering the ‘USN Body Transformation' Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.The Competition is open to all members of the South African public.
3.No director, member, partner, employee or agent of or consultant of the Clicks Group Limited, its subsidiaries, divisions and/or associated companies ("Clicks”) or any other person directly or indirectly controlled by Clicks may enter the Competition.
4.The Competition commences on 5 July 2012 and closes on 12 August 2012 and no late entries will be accepted.
5.All participants need to purchase any USN supplements to the value of R300 or more from any Clicks store. KEEP YOUR TILL SLIP AS PROOF OF PURCHASE!.
6.To enter to win one of twenty USN Body & Lifestyle Transformation Starter packs, participants need to sms the word ‘Clicks' and their till slip number to 33966 (The cost of each sms is R1.50 and free sms's will not apply).
7.Multiple sms entries will be allowed to win a USN Body & Lifestyle Transformation Starter pack.
8.Twenty winners will be chosen from the sms's received to win a USN Body & Lifestyle Transformation Starter pack to the value of approximately R800.
9.Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10.The winners will be drawn by random selection from all eligible entries.
11.The winners will be notified via telephone within 1 month of the Competition closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 (seven) days after his/her name is drawn or cannot accept the prize for whatsoever reason, such winner will forfeit his/her prize and another winner will be drawn.
12.The winners will be required to provide proof of identification as well as the till slip proving the transaction of R300+ worth of USN supplements bought from Clicks.
13.Unless the winners specifically states otherwise, the winners agrees to participate in all promotional activity free of charge and the winner hereby consents to Clicks and/or USN using his/her name, image and/or voice in any promotional material.
14.Clicks and/or USN may within its reasonable discretion amend the Competition terms and conditions at any time. In such event, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the Competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Clicks and/or USN, its advertising agencies, advisors, business partners and/or associates.
15.The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.This sms specifies that participants will be required to visit the URL specified in the return sms. On this web page they will have to submit the following:

a.Full length ‘before' photo – in a bikini for ladies or swim shorts for men – photo must be less than 1MB in size and of good quality.
b.A motivational paragraph as to why they want to do the 12 Week Challenge
c.Inform of any medical conditions/current medication.
d.Personal details such as: gender, age, height, weight & contact details.

8.Only one entry per person will be allowed for the 12 Week Body & Lifestyle Transformation competition.
9.Two winners will be chosen from the entries received to win the following:

a.Personal assessment each week by a USN representative
b.All USN supplements as required during the 12 week Challenge
c.Nutritional guidelines from USN
d.Training guidelines to follow (USN doesn't include the services of a personal trainer)
e.Professional and individual advice by USN representatives

10.The two winners of the USN 12 Week Body & Lifestyle Transformation Competition should be willing to:

a.Attend a weekly assessment at any of the USN offices regionally for the duration of the 12 weeks. Should they miss more than 2 assessments they will be disqualified.
b.Have access to any gym facility for the duration of the 12 weeks (home gym or public gym).
c.Sign an ambassador agreement which will allow USN to use their photos in the media after the 12 Week Challenge has ended.
d.Only use USN products for the duration of the 12 weeks.
e.Follow the advice/instruction of the USN Representatives pertaining to the challenge for the duration of the 12 weeks. Failure to follow the training and eating plans will also lead to disqualification.
f.Start the 12 Week Challenge on 24 September 2012 (finish on 9 December 2012).
