For those customer that prefer to buy products separately for the USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge, USN is selling the 2011/2012 Body & Lifestyle passport separately until the end of June 2012 at the price of R50 (incl. Postage).

If you are interested, please follow the steps below:
1. Pay R50 into the USN account:
a. Nedbank, Business account, Account name: USN, Branch code: 149745, Account nr 1497130352
b. Reference number should be your surname, initials and the letters 'BLP'
2. E-mail proof of payment to info@usn.co.za together with your postal address (SA only) and phone number

Once payment is confirmed we will post the 2011/2012 Body & Lifestyle passport to your postal address.
