Hi my problem is i had a rugby injury in 2006(right shoulder) and on the 1 Dec 2011 i hade a Operation(laterje) i recieved physio treatment and things are going well but do u have training programes for members with such injuries cause its very difficult now for me to do a simple push up and all training related to shoulder and chest.

I did (do) not believe in taking sunstances. Because everyones does, I bought a PVM product aimed at recovery & secondary on carbo-loading. Everytime I took some, my legs felt heavy and I did not perform any better (if not worse). I recently bought USN carbo-loader but have not yet used it. I had jaundice many years ago, so I was wondering if these products have anything to do with one\'s liver?

Hi. I am busy training for Sani2c and Comrades. When I run, I never suffer from cramp but almost always do when racing mtb for 3 hours or more. My opinion is that its the intensity and ups and downs of the mtb race rather than the constant pace of running. But nonetheless, I need to solve the problem.I use Cytopower, cramp block and recover max but really do suffer on the bike. Thanks
