Hi USN Expert, just need some clarity regarding the 2 days of rest. 1. Must they be 2 consecutive days? 2. The manual says keep your diet \'clean\' - yet a friend doing the challenge says you get one of the off days day where you can eat anything you like?? I am working hard in the gym and am so scared of messing up what I have started so please advise me. Thanks for the great challenge!!! Denise

Hi I am a 23yr old male who has been using your product, USN Hyperbolic Mass, for the past two months. I am glad to say I have gained 5.27kg since using this product along with an intense workout regime. But the above-mentioned weight I have gained within 4 weeks of using the product. The second 4 weeks of using this product my weight has fluctuated and eventually stagnated to my current weight of 75.63kg. Now my actual question, how do I gain more? What is my next step?

Age 20 Height 1.89m Weight 75kg Medical Condition Asthma Current Medication Selenium complex and Maximum vitamin B supplements as well as Asthma inhaler. I am really unhappy about my appearance and would like to build more muscle on my biceps and would like to tone my stomach area. I do not gym but I have weights available at home. I want to know what to take as I want bigger biceps and tone my stomach. I do not have a lot of money and knowledge as to supplement use.

Hi I\'ve been using USN Ultra lean diet fuel for the past 3 weeks,I train 4 days a week doing some light cardio and a lot more weight training, firstly, can this product be taken at night? should it also be taken with a different source of protein ie whey protein? I am 30 years old, height is 1.78m and weigh in at 87.5kg, what is my BMI and what should my ideal BMI be? What other products can i take to build toned muscle?

Hi please advise me on something. The question comes in that when get of the rower to go cycle i get major muscle spasms in my upper thigh muscle (Vastus lateralls i think its called) and the inner thigh down to the knee. What can i use to help the burn. It feels like my muscle is eating itself at times? PS USN ROCKS

I recently started the body transform challenge. The morning part of the plan is easy. However, I have trouble with the afternoon plan. I am a vegetarian and I don\'t know how to devise a meal plan that ensures I get the right amount of nutrients and protein. Secondly, taking the recommended number of the phedra cut pills, I am not able to concentrate. I am taking only one pill in the morning and I wonder how effective this is.I need help with a vegetarian meal plan and on the phedra cut dosage.
