You need to have two rest days, but they needn't to be consecutive. They can be over the weekends or during the week. Keep on taking the supplements, and follow the eating plan on your rest days. If you feel you deserve it, you can have a "cheat meal” but not a "cheat day”.

With a lower/reduced dosage, the effects will take longer to show. Do you take the regular Phedra Cut Lipo XT? Rather switch to the Phedra Cut SF (stimulant free) version which is just as effective as the regular Phedra Cut Lipo XT, but without the stimulants.
For your circumstances, start with a lower dosage, 1 capsule for the first week and then gradually increase the dosage if you feel up to it. You can combine it with Pure CLA 1000, which is a body toner.
