How have USN products assisted you in your current lifestyle?	The 94.7 Highveld Stereo 12 Week Lifestyle Challenge had made a significant impact on my life and I am very grateful that I entered the competition and challenged myself. Looking back at those 12 weeks of my life I can really say that I can see a massive change in my lifestyle - the way I think, plan, train, eat and shop. Between work and four kids, planning my daily routine has become very important together with making the right choices. This is where the 12 week USN program became the basic map of how to achieve my ultimate goal and it was easy to follow. I can honestly say that I have found something that works for me. The program definitely promotes a balanced lifestyle with the benefits far outreaching my initial expectations. The products were fantastic as it helped me to burn fat more efficiently tone my muscles and gave me much needed energy. For the first time in my life I was eating properly, taking the protein and meal replacement shakes keeping my metabolism as high as possible. This program not only changed the shape of my body, but it has also made me really strong. Working constantly through the program and using the USN products increased my energy levels giving me that extra boost to work harder with the biggest benefit being the increase of my core strength and my lower back pain fading completely. My leg strength has increased to such an extent that I am now able to run 7km, two to three times a week, spin, and do weight training during the week without all the muscle pains and fatigue.
Motivation for choosing the products below?	I am passionate about the Woman’s Ultra Two a Day Vitamins -I never got any flu during the past 14 weeks, it increases energy levels, promotes optimal immunity, improves overall performance and is high in antioxidants. Life is not always easy, but at least I have an opportunity to make a part of it better. Being healthy is something that I can influence and control and I am very happy to say that this challenge has given me that opportunity. I hope I can encourage all women to start making a difference in their own lives by taking up this challenge and seeing the impact it can have on their lives and the people around them. At the end of the day the hard work paid off. I’m not done yet, but this was a very good beginning.
