Micellar Casein - Slow acting. An attractive property of the Micellar Casein is its ability to form a gel in the stomach before moving to the small intestine, making it very effecient in nutrient supply.

Calcium Caseinate -  SLow acting.Calcium Casein has the same digestive properties of Micellar Casein as it forms a gel in the stomach, resulting in a slower digestion rate in the small intestine. This slows digestion process allows the body to absorb more of the Amino Acids and peptides while offering a steady  and prolonged supply of Nitrogen to muscle tissues. In doing so, satiety (fullness) can be enhanced while muscle fibres are efficiently nourished.

Whey Protein Isolate - a fast digesting Protein. Whey Protein Isolate contains high levels of all eight Amino Acids and is rich in BCAA's as well as being digested faster that Whey Protein Concentrate.

Whey Protein Concentrate - a fast digesting Protein. Whey PRotein Concentrate has all eight Amino Acids and is rich in Branch Chain Amino Acids. Whey Protein Isolates have low levels of fat  and cholesterol but in general, have higher levels of bioactive compounds.

Soy Protein Isolate - scores high on the Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS). The addition on methionine in this Protein source greatly improves its BV and nutritional value and recent research has shown that this Protein source assists in thyroid function. Isolate is a highly refined or purified form of Soy Protein with a minimum Protein content of 90% on a moisture-free basis with most of the non-Protein components, fats and carbohydrates removed.

Milk Isolate - A complex combination of Whey (20%) and Casein (80%), direct from a high quality skimmed milk source. This is a high quality protein source that is easily digested with maximum absorption.

Directions for use:

For a 20g protein serving, mix one scoop into 150-175ml of cold water. For a 40g serving, mix two scoops into 300-350ml of cold water. Have 1-3 servings daily.
